Rapido Trains Announces Replacement Plan for Chicago and Northwestern Baggage Cars with Incorrect Lettering

“Well, it happened again. At the same time that we approved the Illinois Central baggage cars with the incorrect lettering back in August, we also approved Chicago & North Western baggage cars with the same problem. We failed to notice this when the shipment arrived, so the recently-delivered C&NW baggage cars need to be replaced. This will work in the same way as our Illinois Central Baggage Car Replacement Program. If you have C&NW baggage cars on order or you’ve received them, click here to find out all you need to know about the program. The replacement cars for both paint schemes are leaving the factory on January 2nd, so they should get to you in mid-February.”
